Anis Sharafoddini is the Director of Data Science & Innovation at GEMINI, Canada’s largest hospital clinical data-sharing network for research and analytics, uniting data from over 30 Ontario hospitals. With a PhD in Health Data Science and a background in biomedical engineering, Anis brings cross-sector expertise spanning public, pharmaceutical, and consulting environments. She has led the development of enterprise cloud infrastructure and analytics capabilities, advanced AI-driven synthetic data initiatives, and delivered strategic machine learning projects for healthcare and life sciences clients across North America.
